Looks like LG is on a run with different variants of their 2014 flagship device the LG G3 as recently the company announced LG G3 Beat which is a toned down version of LG G3 and now LG has announced yet another variant of LG G3 known as LG G3 A. The LG G3 A is better in specs compared to LG G3 Beats and also comes with a bigger display than the LG G3 Beat.
LG G3 A is equipped with a 5.2 inch display that supports a resolution of 1920 x 1080, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26GHz, 2GB of RAM, 13MP camera with OIS+ and auto laser focus on its back the same one found on the LG G3 while a 2.1MP camera at its front. LG G3 A also comes with 32GB of onboard storage with no SD card slot and to power it all a 2620mAh battery. LG G3 A will also be running Android Kitkat 4.4 out of the box and will support Korea’s LTE band.
LG will launch its LG G3 A in South Korea first though the company didn’t reveal any price details about the smartphone and might keep it limited to Korea only. The smartphone will also be available in two colors including black and white with the same metallic coating on its back like the LG G3.
LG is following the same strategy that Samsung is with their smartphones by releasing a lot of varients of their flagship device for all types of customers in hope to capture as much market share as they possibly can. LG G3 A is much better than the LG G3 Beat in terms of specs. What do you think is the LG G3-A a better upgrade from the LG G2?
