LG is going to launch their LG G3 Beat globally now after it was launched in China first. The smartphone is targeted towards low and mid-tier market and offers a lot of features that the flagship smartphone from LG provides the LG G3.
LG G3 Beat is equipped with a 5 inch screen that supports a resolution of 1280 x 720 with a pixel density of 294ppi. The screen to body ratio on the LG G3 Beat is also 74.1% and according to LG it’s the largest you would find on a low and mid-tier smartphone. LG G3 Beat is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that is clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with Andreno 305 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal Storage with micro SD card slot.
LG G3 Beat also comes with an 8MP camera on its back with LED and auto laser focus, the same that we saw on the LG G3 while a 1.2MP camera at the front. The camera also comes with all the software functionality that the LG G3 has but with a lower megapixel count. LG G3 will be running LG’s UI on top of Android Kitkat 4.4.2 and is powered by a 2540mAh battery.
No price details were given on the LG G3 Beat but the smartphone will be launched in South Korea first on Friday and from there it will make its way through European countries in the coming weeks.
